"I have been taking part in Ted’s Fitness over Forty sessions on Tankerton slopes since June 2024. Previous to that my overall fitness level was rapidly reducing due to lack of motivation and a painful injury. Thanks to Ted’s honesty and friendly encouragement together with his experience and advice, both on a mental and physical level, I have regained a steady and permanent increase in my fitness and strength which has dealt with the injury.


Each of his sessions encompass all abilities and is completely inclusive and fun!

"Ted is a fantastic Personal Trainer. His new venture Fitness Over Forty is a safe group for older persons to develop their fitness from whatever level they are at. Whilst training as a group he targets the demand of the activity to meet the needs of the individual client. 


Sessions are great not only from Ted’s high level of expertise but also his choice of background music and his choice of timely motivational jokes! The vistas from working out on Tankerton slopes are great. 


Soon after starting Ted spotted that my thighs were very tight, he provided me with some one-to-one advice and a programme of stretches to do at home. My ability to squat has significantly improved.


I really look forward to the sessions the other participants are great to be with and very friendly."
