Delivered by certified level 4 personal trainer Ted Bassett-Myers, supported by a team of excellent fitness coaches, the sessions are each 45 minutes. Every session includes a warm-up, mobility, stretching, strength and cardiovascular fitness to give you a balanced workout at an appropriate level to suit you

My name is Ava, I live in Whitstable, and have been working in the Fitness Industry for 13 years; my typical working week is a mixture of Personal Training sessions and Freestyle Fitness Yoga Classes, both of which are available in person and online, details can be found at www.avapt.co.uk.
I believe it’s vital to stay fit and healthy in body and mind throughout all stages of life. In an industry where anyone can put on a tracksuit and call themselves a personal trainer, I take my own training and professional development seriously. In addition to my fitness qualifications, I have just completed a course in Skilled Helping & Counselling Skills as much of my work involves supporting my clients on their journey to better health and well-being.

I pride myself that my Fitness Yoga sessions have a warm, friendly, welcoming and non-exclusive atmosphere which I know is valued. It’s particularly important to me that my participants have fun and leave my sessions smiling, energised and with a sense of accomplishment.
Kate is passionate about fitness and wellbeing and has enjoyed playing a variety of sports throughout her life. For the past twenty years, she has participated in Triathlons all around Europe. Kate is enthusiastic about working with others to achieve their health and fitness goals. She is a level 3 Personal Trainer and holds a qualification in Leadership in Running Fitness, in addition to being a Ride Leader.
Through her small local group WHITFIT, she runs a circuit based fitness class on a Sunday morning, and a running group on a Wednesday evening…new participants are always welcome!
Kit Wilkes-French is an Advanced Level 3 Personal Trainer and Swimming Instructor, with over 15 years’ experience in the fitness industry.
Her love of fitness and keen interest in health and nutrition helps her train people of all fitness levels to the best of their ability either in her Whitstable home gym studio, at client’s homes or outdoors.
